Pen & Ink Sketches of Fine Homes

Marilyn Morris takes pride in offering the finest, most detailed renderings of distinctive residential and commercial properties available. She has not only been working for the private sector, but for agents and corporations in the real estate and building industry for the past thirty years. All the renderings for reproduction or pleasure come alive with a style that accentuates the personality and uniqueness of the subject.

The renderings are inked by hand, using a traditional or emailed digital photograph in a clean, realistic style on a studio grade, 2-ply, plate finish bristol board. The rendering can be customized by adding or deleting landscape elements or otherwise enhanced to the specifications of the customer. Special consideration is also given to deadlines.

Along with the private interest, her renderings have appeared on the New York Times Magazine section and have been used in Harmon Homes magazine by local and out of the area realtors.

Also offered are personal, pet, auto, plane and nautical renderings. The same care is given to detail, specifications, budget and deadlines.
